Customers experiencing any of the following symptoms during PC installations may wish to download the latest Rainbow Technologies Sentinel Hardware Key drivers which, in many cases, will solve the problem:
- Prolonged installation times
- Installations hanging / failing to complete
- Installation error messages "can not recognise drive (x)" or similar
- Problems with other system devices after install (on Windows XP)
